Appleton Steel’s Machining Division has 60 years of combined experience and technical knowledge.

We have state of the art CNC machines and manual machinery. To expand our versatility, we have recently added a CNC Horizontal Milling machine with an X travel of 157" and a Y Travel of 76".

All of our equipment is calibrated yearly. In-house inspection reports are available on request.
In our effort to improve and expand our knowledge base, we employ some recent Fox Valley Technical College students who are paired up with our experienced machinists, combining the newest technology with traditional methods.
